Beata Kiedrowicz advises on merger and acquisition projects and corporate matters. She renders full scope of corporate advice for investors starting up their business in Poland, as well as day-to-day corporate advice to business entities already present on the Polish market. Beata has 20 years of professional experience in both private and public transactions in Poland.

Her experience includes advising a private equity fund in connection with an equity investment in a consumer finance bank in Poland; advising German banks in a disposal of the entire stake in their Polish bank subsidiaries; representing a Belgian bank in an acquisition of a Polish retail and consumer credit bank; advising a telecom company with respect to establishment of a joint venture with minority shareholders; representing an Israeli public company, a leader in crop protection solutions, in a purchase of a Polish agrochemical company; advising a major US chemicals company in an acquisition of a Polish chemicals plant. She advised one of the leading integrators and the largest plastics processing company in admitting its shares to listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Beata advised in a privatization of a leading bank specializing in corporate banking and international transactions; a Scandinavian banking and insurance group in an acquisition of a majority stake in publicly traded Polish banks; in a take-over of a private bank, as well as in a merger of banks.

The latest issue of the prestigious report Legal 500 EMEA listed Beata as “recommended” in the corporate/M&A category.

Beata Kiedrowicz is an attorney-at-law. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Mikołaj Kopernik University in Toruń.

Before joining PwC Legal, Beata was a partner at the Warsaw office of a top international law firm.
