Assurance and finance advisory:
 

  • Audit of the Financial Statements - Fundacja Batorego, Federacja Banków Żywności, Fundacja TVN.
  • Agreed-upon-Procedures Report - Fundacja Przyjaciele Szpitala Dziecięcego przy Litewskiej.
  • Assurance for determining the BI-NGO 2008 index at the request of Stowarzyszenie Innowatorów Zarządzania. A verification of the methodology used to determine the index was conducted as well as of the ranking of the BI-NGO 2008 index. The BI-NGO index measures the level of a companyu's social engagement over the internet. This is the second time that PwC has verified the definition of the BI-NGO index.

Public Sector Advisory:
  • Study of the viability and proposal for subsidizing the modernization and renovation of the Galeria Sztuki Polskiej XIX wieku [Gallery of Polish 19th c. Art] which is a branch of the National Museum, Kraków, from funds provided by the Norwegian Financial Mechanism
  • Study of the business plan for opening a local Fruit and Vegetable Fair in the Zakroczyn District.
  • Public-Private Partnership Training for Zielona Góra and Warsaw, CIFAL/UNITAR, Małopolski Urząd Wojewódzki [Małopolski Provincial Office].
  • Preliminary financial Analysis for PPP Projects, put forward as part of the PPP contest.

Tax Advisory:
  • Advisory in respect of legislation aimed at removing barriers during cooperation between business and NGOs. Cooperation with the Federation of Polish Bank in drawing up a VAT project concerning gifts of food.
  • Tax Advisory for Zakład dla Dzieci Niewidomych in Laski concerning tax on pecuniary and in-kind contributions donated by sponsors.
  • Co-operation with businesses and NGOs (e.g. the Zakład dla Dzieci Niewidomych in Laski) focused on introducing optimal tax forms for potential donors to support the above-mentioned organizations.
