The Real Estate Team of the PwC Consulting Services Department offers consulting as regards:

  • Enterprise valuation (valuation of real estate belonging to special purpose vehicles);
  • Management of a valuation process;
  • Review of internal valuation procedures;
  • Review of loan collateral;
  • Review of valuations delivered by third parties.

b) Corporate real estate:
  • Analysis of real estate portfolios;
  • Development of real estate portfolio optimisation strategies;
  • Restructuring;
  • Refinancing;
  • Consulting related to the IFRS (impairment tests according to IAS 36);
  • Feasibility studies/business plans for projects connected with the real estate market;
  • Investment consulting (including location and competition analysis, opinion on land and rent prices and on operation charges, etc.);
  • Market surveys.
