PwC Legal reinforces its real estate law practice

We are happy to inform you that has joined PwC as partner responsible for the legal Real Estate practice. He will also be in charge of our firm’s French Desk

Jean joins PwC with a team of experienced lawyers specializing in Real Estate transactions. The team is led by Jolanta Kalecińska-Rossi. Jolanta has extensive experience in transactional work, in particular real estate acquisitions, as well as the construction of investments. Hence we will be able to assist our Clients in all stages of the deal process, advising on legal, financial and valuations as well as tax issues.

Jean is actively involved in the French community in Poland. He is, amongst others, Chairman of the Union des Français de l'Etranger. Having deep knowledge of both the French law and the specific challenges of running a business in Poland he is able to aid Clients with all legal issues regarding their activities in Poland.
