Adam Celiński

Adam Celiński is the Partner in the Assurance and Advisory Services Department.

Adam has been working for PwC since 1991. He is Registered Auditor in Poland (KIBR) and in the UK (ACCA).

Adam specializes in audit and advisory services provided to banks, leasing and insurance companies. His experience also involves numerous privatizations and transactions on the Polish and international capital markets.

Adam Celiński has extensive experience in auditing consolidated financial statements of complex capital groups. He has also been working with clients on group restructuring and providing advisory services to clients in areas related to accounting and regulatory matters, including implementation of IFRS and the Sarbanes – Oxley act. He has been involved in privatizations and public issues of shares for many banks.
