Antoni F. Reczek is the Partner in the Assurance and Advisory Services Department.

Antoni has over thirty years of experience in audit and advisory, acquired in Great Britain, New Zealand, Africa and Poland. Since 1990 he has worked in Poland. Antoni is qualified Chartered Certified Accountant in Great Britain (ACCA) and in Poland (KIBR).

He specializes in auditing financial statements, advising financial sector companies, media, aviation and construction, carrying out the privatization process and in advising the selection of investment strategies. Actively participates in legislative processes in the area of accounting, as author of Polish general and central banking accounting regulations and the accounting law on National Investment Funds. Antoni conducted over 250 audits of financial institutions and led teams advising  clients of PwC during more than 40 public offerings in Poland, New York, London, Frankfurt and Luxembourg.

Currently he is a member of working groups: European Financial Reporting Group (EFRAG), Consultative Group of the European Regulators in the Capital Markets Committee, Polish Auditing Standards Board (Chairman), Polish Accounting Standards Board, Deputy Chairman and Treasurer British – Polish Chamber of Commerce.
