Jacek Socha is a partner in Advisory Department and the Deputy Chairman of PwC in Poland.

Jacek was Minister of State Treasury, previously he has been Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission. He was a member of the Banking Supervision Commission and the Insurance and Pension Funds Commission. He is currently an honorable member of the Broker&Dealer Association and the Brokerage Houses Association. He has also held important positions in the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) and he was the chairman of the European Regional Committee and the Consultative Group (an organization of institutions responsible for the supervision of capital markets in EU accession countries).
