Marc Goessi - PwC Management

Marc Goessi is a Partner in Advisory. 

Marc is the Financial Services Advisory and Consulting Leader for Poland and the Finance Effectiveness Consulting Network Leader for CEE. Marc has significant experience as the Program Leader of several large scale transformation programs within the Financial Services Sector. As the Lead, he has significant experience working with senior executive stakeholders responsible for sponsoring and monitoring large transformation efforts. His involvement includes scoping, governance, organisation and process re-engineering, implementation as well as benefits realisation. Marc’s work in both Business and IT Transformation programs allows him to provide unique insight and guidance into transformation programs.
Marc holds a degree in economics and business administration from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and he is a Swiss Certified Public Accountant.
