Mike Ahern

Mike Ahern is a Partner in Tax&Legal Department.

Mike Ahern has over fifteen years experience in tax consulting, working in South Africa, the UK, Serbia and Poland. He has worked for PwC since 2002. In a number of different roles, Mike Ahern has advised companies from various industries.

In Poland, Mike Ahern is leader of the Mergers & Acquisitions Team. He has worked on numerous privatisation projects in sectors including consumer goods, manufacturing / production, banking. 

He has also advised on significant greenfield investments. The scope of work extends from due diligences through to structuring of transactions, post acquisition reviews, and involvement with the tax aspects of financial models.
