Mike Wilder is the leader of PricewaterhouseCoopers Transaction Services Group in Poland and CEE/CIS.

He has been with PricewaterhouseCoopers since 1992.

Mike has provided a range of transaction services, including financial due diligence, acquisition accounting, review of projections, assessment and validation of merger synergies, and public offerings.

Mike has significant acquisition due diligence experience having completed a large number of deals in his specialist Transaction Services role in Poland and in CEE. These include acquisitions in industries such as food processing, consumer products, dairy, building products, electricity, manufacturing, software development, telecommunications and other industrial manufacturing concerns.
