Paul Gleeson - PwC Management

Paul Gleeson is a Partner in the PwC Transaction Services / Corporate Finance practice in Poland. 

Paul joined PwC in 1991, and worked in the Dublin, Ireland office until 1995, when he transferred to the office in Warsaw.

Paul has provided a range of transaction services, including financial due diligence, post-deal services, synergy reviews, share purchase agreements review, negotiation assistance.

Paul has extensive transactional experience, assisting multinational clients develop their presence in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), both through the purchase of privately held companies and privatisations. He has worked on more than one hundred deals. These include acquisitions in industries such as building products, retail & consumer products, electricity, automotive, telecommunications, entertainment, technology, steel, real estate and private equity houses.

Paul has extensive experience in CEE having worked on deals in Czech, Slovenia, Poland, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Estonia, Latvia and Ukraine.
