Roman Lubaczewski - PwC Management

Roman Lubaczewski , is a partner in PwC's Advisory Division and is the Consulting Leader for Poland.

Romek has worked with PwC for over 15 years, gaining his experience in the Assurance, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Advisory departments. Currently he leads PwC's consulting business in Poland with a team in excess of 150 people. Consulting consists of a number of Delivery teams, such as Strategy and Operations, Sustainability, Inward Investment, Finance Effectiveness, Project Management, IT, Forensics, Treasury, Operational Excellence and Customer Excellence. In addition to Delivery, we have a number of Expert Industry Teams, including Financial Services, Insurance, Telco, Media, Energy, Oil and Gas, Real Estate, Healthcare and Public Sector. Romek is also the CEE Leader of the Shared Services Centre (SSC) and Outsourcing (BPO) Advisory Group. Romek is a subject matter expert on a wide range of SSC and BPO activities. In 1999-2004 he was responsible for operational set up and leading PwC’s Shared Services Centre in Kraków . Since then he has worked with many clients around Europe, America and Asia helping evaluate, design and then deliver on their offshoring strategies. Prior to joining PwC Romek held key managerial positions (CFO, COO and CEO) in Europe. Romek is a member of PwC's SSC and BPO Global Experts Group. He is a chartered certified accountant (ACCA). Privately, as a football fan, Romek is now trying to conquer the game of golf.
