		Complex financial histories A guide to the market regulations and practices with respect to historical financial information required for inclusion in a prospectus under the EU Prospectus Directive. In particular, it explores the recent amendment to the EU’s Prospectus Directive regime that clarified the requirement for a prospectus to provide additional historical financial information when a company’s accounts do not accurately portray the financial record of its entire business undertaking, or when it has entered into a significant financial commitment.
