Workshop description

The workshop is addressed to companies contemplating or preparing a public offering of shares or debt securities. The participants will gain knowledge of, among others, the public offering and prospectus preparation process, the role of the advisors in this process and the relevant capital markets regulations.

In addition, participants will gain an overview of the current and periodic reporting obligations as well as of the corporate governance requirements applicable to public companies.

Trainers

  • Tomasz Konieczny, Partner at PwC. Tomasz is a registered auditor in Poland and UK Certified Accountant. He heads the Capital Markets Group in Central and Eastern Europe. Tomasz has advised on and managed capital market transactions for more than 10 years.
  • Filip Gorczyca is a registered auditor in Poland and member of ACCA. He runs and supervises transactions connected with public and private offerings of companies operating in Central and Eastern Europe. Filip runs courses and is the author of numerous articles and publications in the field of European capital markets.
  • Łukasz Koterwa runs and supervises transactions associated with public and private offerings of companies operating in Poland, Europe and the United States of America. He is involved in advisory projects e.g. in the area of asset valuation. He runs courses and is the author of publications in the area of capital markets.

Price

The cost of the workshop is determined individually, based on the scope of a given event. A sample price for a one-day workshop, conducted by PwC experts in accordance with the agenda presented above, amounts to PLN 4,900 + 23% VAT (price includes materials for six workshop participants).
