On October 17-19 will Take place a conference: „Poland & CEE. Municipal Projects”. PwC is a content partner of this event.

Objectives:
To unite the public and private sectors in a dynamic workshop and programme of sessions, promoting municipal projects in Poland and CEE. Focusing on Civic Buildings, Parking, Residential, Waste Management, Transport Infrastructure and Telecoms Infrastructure.

DAY 1: Pre-conference workshop (In Polish only): PPP Capacity Building Workshop for Municipalities.

The meeting will start with PwC session on “Identifying projects for PPP vs traditional procurement”.

  • What makes a suitable PPP project?
  • Understanding the importance of the “right” project
  • Setting realistic targets
  • Developing roadmaps and pipelines with clear objectives

The topic will be presented Ms Marzena Rytel, Director in Advisory Department at PwC Poland.

DAY 2: Main Conference (In English with Polish translation):
Conference on bankability of municipal projects, public debt and financing options, including PPP/PFI, Standard Procurement and Private Equity. Specialist case study focus on Civic Buildings and Parking.

DAY 3: Main Conference (In English with Polish translation):
Conference on sector specific project opportunities in Waste Management and Infrastructure (Transport and Telecoms). The event will answer all your Municipal Project, PPP and Project Financing questions. Focusing on:
- What projects are available? Are the project pipelines realistic?
- What are the best project financing options?
- How does PPP compare to alternative financing options?
- What role does (or can) Private Equity play in PPP and municipal project financing?
- The relationship between Public Debt and Project Financing

You will meet; municipalities, senior government officials, investment/private banks, private equity / pension / insurance funds, construction/concession companies, specialist project financing advisors/consultants, legal firms and PPP/PFI/PF experts and investors from across Europe.
