On 23rd November an amendment to tax laws that implement solutions of the so-called “Polish Deal” was published in the Journal of Laws. New legislation will have a significant impact on business activity taxation.

Due to the large scope of the changes and, in most cases, the entry into force of the regulations as early as January 1, 2022, it is important to start preparations now.
