CFOs are heavily involved in evaluation of strategic decisions such as investment decisions, implementation of a new strategy or divestment. To make sure that evaluation is done in a proper, comprehensive manner various approaches can be used. However, one of the best ones is the SAF Model (Suitability, Acceptability, Feasibility).
During our meeting we would like to present this methodology, how to use it based on information provided in case study and in industry analysis and how to make it most relevant for a given decision that is to be taken.
