How does PwC Service Delivery Center take care of the devlopment of its employees?

All the employees who join the organisation take part in various trainings under the one month implementation period. During this month our new joiners have the opportunity to get to know PwC Service Delivery Center as well as to acquire a substantive knowledge about specific processes. Additionaly, the employees of our Center can influence their own development by: 

  • participation in technical and soft skills trainings, 
  • engaging in the new processes and projects performed in cooperation with clients and business partners, 
  • the possibility of changing the team through the internal recruitment process, 
  • benefiting from modern training platforms and the library for the employees, 
  • participation in language courses co-financed by the company, postgraduate studies or training courses enabling the acquisition of additional professional qualifications (ACCA, KIDP) or other courses, 

apart from the standard scope of duties performed on the position we offer our employees the opportunity to fulfill themselves, depending on their interests, by enagaing in the addittional role - to be an expert in a given process, a team leader or a soft or technical skills trainer.

What foreign languages ​​are used in our daily work?

Apart from Polish we use mainly English, but also German, Czech, Slovak and French on a daily basis.

What level of a foreign language is required?

The level of a foreign language required depends on the particular team. Usually the B1 level is sufficient, while some teams require the knowledge at B2/C1 level. In case of German, in certain teams it is possible to start working with the knowledge of the language at A2 level.

When will I get the feedback after the interview?

We contact the candidate with the final decision up to 2 weeks after the recruitment meeting, but we often come back with the information prior this time.

Is it possible to work part-time?

At PwC Service Delivery Center, we enable part-time work, but the decision depends on the particular team and the assignment type. However, it is important to note that durig the first month due to the training sessions, a newly hired employee is required to participate in all dedicated courses in the new team and therefore, the full-time availability is required.

What flexible forms of work are available for employees?

The employees of the Center can work part-time and, if necessary, benefit from working remotely (home office) or start their work at any time between 7am and 9.00am. In both cases, the superior's consent is required due to the fact the type of tasks and business needs need to be cosidered.

What is the period of the first contract signed with the employer?

The first contract is concluded in the form of an employment contract or a contract of mandate (in the case of an internship) for a 5 months period. Occasionally, an employment contract for a 3 months trial period may be offered.

Does PwC Service Delivery Center offer student or absolvent internships?

Yes, we encourage you to participate in our Paid Summer Internship Program or internships available.

The Paid Summer Internship Program ia a one month internship usually organised in July, aimed at all students who want to gain an experience in finance, develop language skills and learn about various processes within our teams. The best trainees have the possibilty to get the permanent employment contract after the internship ends.

Additionaly, throughout the calendar year, we offer 5 months paid internships.

Yes, work or internship at PwC Service Delivery Center may be accredited as a compulsory student internship. For more information please contact a representative of the recruitment team.

Is there a possibility of permanent employment after the 5-month internship?

There is an individual approach towards each and every trainee once the internship ends, nonetheless, if the assesment is positive it is possible to conclude a permanent cooperation.

What is the dress code?

On a daliy basis, our company has a smart casual dress code, but for meetings with clients - business attire.
