Stages of the recruitment process

Candidates usually participate in a competency interview, during which they can expect substantive questions, short business cases or situational questions.

A typical recruitment process consists of two stages:

  • Telephone interview with a recruiter

  • Meeting at the office or online with managers or representatives of the management team
