Phone interview

We will talk about your motivation, key competences and will verify your foreign language skills level.

Tips
  • Prior the interview, make sure you have checkes the information about our company
  • Analyse, what kind of competences and knowledge may be relevant in terms of the position you are applying for and recall situations in which you could have used your skills
  • Think, what kind of questions would you like to ask the recruiter

Interview

If the phone interview is successful, you will be invited to a meeting in our company/online, during which, depending on the position you are applying for, you will be able to prove yourself in various areas, such as: language and analytical tests, conversation with managers of a given team, group task.

Tips
  • Dress code: Although we prefer smart casual dress code on a daily basis, the recruitment meeting is treated as a business one therefore,  we recommend the bussiness outfit.
  • Check how to get to our office, and if you travel by car, ask the recruiter for a parking spot.
  • Punctuality is of a high importance. It is best to show up 10 minutes before the appointment.
  • In terms of an online recruitment, prior to a video interview, checki if you have a working microphone and camera, as well as the stability of your internet connection. Also, make sure you have a neutral space so that you can talk freely with company representatives.
