PwC has completed the acquisition of Outbox Group

With approval from the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) PwC has officially completed the acquisition of Outbox Group, a leading European technology consulting business

In January this year, PwC announced its plans to take over Outbox Group, a Polish company operating on the market since 2005 in the area of ​​cloud customer technologies. The final approval from UOKiK brings about the formal completion of the acquisition.

Outbox Group serves customers from Western, Central and Eastern Europe by providing them with consulting and implementation services in the area of ​​innovative IT technologies, such as CRM, Customer Experience, marketing automation, e-commerce, mobile technologies and cloud-based digital transformation. Outbox Group comprises 270 employees working in offices in Warsaw, Düsseldorf, Prague and London.

With the acquisition of Outbox Group, PwC has bolstered its ability to offer specialised cloud-based solutions and transformational services for clients across Europe. At present the number of technology experts within the European network of PwC companies has increased to more than 4 000 people.
