The annual recurring obligation to file with the registry court a complete set of paper originals of documents concerning the closure of the financial year of the company has been replaced with the obligation to submit electronic versions of these documents

Further digitalization: 1 October 2018
On 1 October 2018 the next stage of digitalization of the process of submitting annual financial documents will begin, which will entail further modifications of the above described procedure, including the obligation to obtain e-signatures or/and ePUAP signatures by all members of the company's management board.
