The recruitment process

Step 1

Application

If your skills match with our expectations, you will receive an invitation to the next stage of the recruitment process.

Step 2

Phone call

We will talk about your motivation, your key skills and competences and we will verify the foreign languages literacy.

Step 3

Meeting in our office

After the successful phone conversation you will be invited to the meeting depending the position you apply for, you will be able to check yourself in different areas, i.e.:

  • language and analytical tests
  • conversation with team
  • group exercise
