We demonstrated that the role of Ekstraklasa clubs goes far beyond the sporting dimension, having a real impact on the economy, urban development, and local communities. Through an analysis of spending by clubs and fans, we captured the league’s contribution to GDP, employment, and public finances, as well as broader effects – from increased match‑related tourism, through clubs’ CSR activities, to strengthening city brands. The outcome was a data‑driven report that clearly demonstrated the less obvious value of Ekstraklasa, supporting media communication and reinforcing the league’s image.

Socio-economic impact analysis of a global conference (2025)

We conducted a socio‑economic analysis of a global climate conference, demonstrating its real value extending far beyond the event itself. By combining cost‑benefit analysis with economic impact modelling, we captured both short‑term impulses for the economy and long‑term reputational and infrastructure effects. The outcome was a concise report that presented the key findings and the significance of the conference in a clear and transparent manner.

We prepared a cross‑sectional report presenting the impact of the ERGO Hestia Group across economic, social, and environmental dimensions. The combination of economic and ESG analysis made it possible to present the company’s contribution to national development in a coherent manner and to strengthen transparency and external communication.

Westinghouse AP1000 – impact of the investment on the Polish economy (2024)

We assessed the impact of the planned Westinghouse investment on the economy, simultaneously highlighting the importance of nuclear energy as a pillar of the energy transition and national security. The analysis covered both economic effects – its impact on GDP, employment, and public finances – and broader, long‑term benefits, such as the development of competencies, the creation of a domestic nuclear sector, support for climate objectives, and the strengthening of energy security.

We presented the full scale of the company’s impact on the Polish economy and society, extending beyond its direct operational activities. A comprehensive analysis based on an input‑output model, complemented by an assessment of the social dimension, made it possible to capture both economic effects across the entire value chain and the company’s broader contribution to social development.

The ICT sector in the CEE countries as a regional driver of growth (2024)

As part of the project, we prepared an in‑depth diagnosis, presenting the ICT sector as a catalyst for economic development in Central and Eastern Europe. We identified the key growth drivers and development barriers, and described the trends that will shape the digital economy in the coming years – in particular the growing importance of AI, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity. As a result, we provided the client with concrete arguments for discussions with stakeholders and insights to support further market activities.

Rebuilding Georgia’s economy and attracting investment after the pandemic (2021)

We helped with understanding the effects of the pandemic on Georgia’s economy and designing a realistic recovery path. The macroeconomic and scenario analysis became the basis for recommendations for a foreign investment attraction policy, supporting the government in medium‑term development planning.
