Jan Adamus is a member of PwC Legal’s real estate practice.
Jan specializes in civil, commercial and administrative law. He advises clients in matters related to acquisition and sale of real properties, investment process, properties commercialization as well as lease of retail and office premises.
He has participated in domestic and international projects regarding real estate investments, including acquisitions of property by a SPV or entire packages of real properties. He has carried out a number of due diligence reviews of real estate at various stages of the development process – prior to acquisitions and for the purpose of real properties financing or refinancing.
Jan is a legal counsel. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of University of Warsaw, the Individual Interfaculty Studies in the Humanities and the British Law Center. He studied also law at the University of Leuven in Belgium.
Jan is the author of publications relating to real estate law and actively assists pro bono clients.
Before joining PwC Legal, Jan worked at the Warsaw office of one of the world's largest international law firms.
