Tomasz Barańczyk

Tomasz has been a consultant for leading companies in various sectors of the economy, with a particular emphasis on companies in the energy, oil and gas sector since 1996. In 2013-2018 he has served as a Managing Partner of the Tax&Legal Services Department.   

Tomasz has an extensive experience in managing complex projects, tax optimization for companies (mainly in corporate income tax law), VAT, excising duties and other public law burdens. In his professional career, Thomas has led teams that verify existing customers' business structures and provide them with comprehensive assistance in the preparation and implementation of solutions that benefit them from a tax perspective.

Tomasz participated as a speaker in many national and international conferences on tax law, and is also the author of numerous articles on tax, published in the trade press.
