Kinga Barchoń

Kinga Barchoń is a Partner in the Real Estate Team.  She has close to 20 years of experience in real estate transaction support, including strategic advisory, financial due diligence, review of Net Operating Income, acquisition accounting, review of projections, review of share purchase agreements, and post deal services.

Her experience in transaction services includes more than 150 projects, with a focus on due diligence projects on targets from the real estate and construction sector. 

Kinga focuses on property efficiency management, expert witness support in the real estate sector, portfolio/ property restructuring, and construction/ development support services. She has worked on assignments in Poland and a number of other countries in CEE / CIS. 

Kinga is a qualified accountant (ACCA), board member of the Polish RICS chapter (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor), member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). In addition, Kinga is a certified RICS mediator.
