Filip Brach

Filip Brach is a Counsel at PwC Legal providing day-to-day legal assistance related to corporate, civil and capital markets law.

He has experience in M&A transactions and in the process of contributing different kind of assets to investment funds, as well as in legal due diligence projects. Filip has taken part in numerous projects aimed at tax restructuring, including establishment of investment funds.

Filip is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University in Cracow. He also obtained a BA degree from the Faculty of Finance at Cracow University of Economics and he has also completed a one-year American Law Program, a joint initiative of the Jagiellonian University and Catholic University of America in Washington.

Before joining PwC Legal in July 2011, he worked in Polish law firms and in PwC tax services.
