Robert Choromański

Robert is a counsel and attorney-at law in the corporate, commercial and civil law practice as well as in mergers and acquisitions practice at PwC Legal.

Robert has extensive experience in the fields of the biggest domestic and international M&A and real estate transactions, including structuring of the transactions, performing / coordinating legal due diligence processes, preparing / negotiating transaction documentation. Robert provides complex legal advice in many aspects of the Polish Law and actively participates in solving legal problems regarding functioning of the enterprises.

He managed legal due diligence projects concerning commercial companies both for buyers and sellers including inter alia companies operating in the following sectors: energy, insurance, pharmaceutical, production, clothing, banking and payment services. Robert coordinated projects related to restructuring of business activities of capital groups, including cross-border mergers.

Robert also provides complex day-to-day corporate advice, including matters regarding organization of / participation in general meetings as well as issues concerning liquidation of capital companies, branches, foundations and associations. He represented shareholders at general meetings of numerous public companies.

Robert has been attorney-at-law since 2007. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and from the Center for American Law Studies organized in cooperation with the University of Florida, Frederic G. Levin College of Law.

Before joining PwC Legal, he worked in the largest international law firms in Poland (Weil, Gotshal & Manges, Dewey & LeBoeuf and Greenberg Traurig).
