Marta Dąbrowska

Marta is an associate with PwC Legal. She specializes in advisory in regards to companies law, covering in particular international business reorganizations, as well as commercial and labour law.

She has been participating in restructuring of activities of groups operating in Poland and abroad – including mergers, cross-border mergers, demergers and transformations, she also took part in various due diligence projects and provided assistance in respect to M&A transactions.

Marta also provides legal advisory to the companies in regards to individual and collective labour law, in particular with respect to transfer of work establishment.

She graduated from the faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University.
