Mariusz Dziurdzia

Mariusz is a PwC partner, auditor and financial expert with over +25 years of experience.

He has been at PwC since 1997. He has provided audit and advisory services to companies in a wide range of sectors, including industrial production, energy, real estate, consumer markets, also to companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Mariusz's professional practice also includes conducting advisory projects concerning financial and management reporting, IPO/SPO related projects and participation in due diligence engagements. 

Between 2008 and 2015 Mariusz was a managing partner of the Wroclaw office. Since 2016 in Warsaw, where he has been managing the largest audit department of PwC Poland.

In the years 2016-2019 Mariusz was Assurance Clients & Markets leader. In 2019-2023 he was leading a PwC programme - CFO Compass. He lead a team of experts who, together with CFOs, design and implement solutions using automation and advanced data analytics to transform back office functions, support performance management and management reporting, as well as tax strategy and compliance and business security. 

Mariusz is a graduate of the Cracow University of Economics. He is a UK qualified chartered accountant with ACCA.
