Artur Gątowski, PwC Legal partner, attorney-at-law and member of the corporate, commercial and civil law practice and mergers and acquisitions practice. He also cooperates with the litigation practice.
Artur specializes in restructuring processes of capital groups, in particular aimed at tax restructuring, as well as in providing ongoing legal advice to business entities on civil, commercial and corporate law.
Artur took part in many restructuring processes of business entities, in particular concerning capital groups, including mergers and splits. Artur also participated in M&A transactions, including sale/acquisition of shares in companies operating in various sectors on the market, as well as sale/acquisition of enterprises of business entities or their organized parts.
Artur has also experience in representing clients in litigation before common courts, in particular with respect to unfair competition, intellectual property as well as commercial and civil law.
Artur graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University in Cracow. Before joining PwC Legal in January 2010, he worked in one of the largest Polish law firms.
