Małgorzata Górna

Gosia Gorna is the Partner in the Assurance and Advisory Services Department in Warsaw.

Gosia has over 17 years of professional experience in PwC.  She is a registered auditor in Poland with the Polish Chamber of Statutory Auditors. She also has two Master degrees: in Economy and Sociology.

Gosia specializes in audit and advisory services provided to technology companies and engages with multinational clients. She works extensively with Fintechs and fast growing entities and supports them in addressing compliance risks. Professional experience of Gosia also includes working for many years with energy and industrial companies.

Gosia spent 3,5 years on secondment in PwC New Zealand; where she worked with private businesses and the financial sector. In 2017 she returned to Poland to utilise her experience from those markets on local ground.

Gosia is also a Value Architect in PwC Poland Deals Platform . As an Architect she is advising on  business models and operating models, identifying synergies, quantifying revenue growth and cost savings, and exploring how to make the business more profitable.  In short she is supporting buyers, and sellers to build a Value Creation strategy not just through the transaction but afterwards and maximise equity value.

She is a member of the ACCA.
