Alec is a solicitor qualified in England & Wales and specialises in corporate law and managed legal services. He has been with PwC for close to 10 years and has worked on some iconic international business reorganisation projects. He is co-responsible for the Legal Centre of Excellence, which is based in Gdańsk Poland. Alec spent 12 months on an international client secondment to a listed technology client in Geneva and has a deep understanding of clients’ needs, stakeholders and processes.
