Marta Hincz advises clients from the real estate sector in a wide range of civil, administrative, construction and corporate law matters.
She specializes in real estate investments, with a particular focus on acquisitions of legal title to real properties and restructuration of real estate portfolio. She has been involved in many domestic and international transactions regarding the acquisition/sale of real property, either directly or through the acquisition of enterprise or SPV. She has carried out a number of due diligence reviews of real properties and companies.
She advised clients on the construction process, commercialization of real estate investments as well as the lease of office and commercial spaces. Her experience covers various real estate investments, such as commercial centers, hypermarkets, logistics-warehouse centers, services-office buildings and housing investments.
She represents clients in administrative and court proceedings.
Marta Hincz gives lectures regarding civil and administrative law and is the author of publications relating to real estate law. Before joining PwC Legal, she worked for over 9 years at the Warsaw office of one of the world's largest international law firms.
Marta Hincz is an attorney-at-law She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University, Warsaw School of Economics and School of French and European Law at Warsaw University. She studied also in HEC in Montreal.
