Adam is a PwC Partner in the Polish PwC GBS Consulting team, based in Cracow. Adam leads the GBS Consulting practice in EMEA and is a member of the Global PwC’s GBS Leadership team. He has over 20 years of experience in Business Transformation, specializing in Global Business Services and Outsourcing across key industries.
Adam’s functional experience includes Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, Customer Service, Marketing and Sales Support. Adam has been at PwC Consulting since 2004 and during this time he has established over 35 centers and transitioned over 2000 roles.
Adam has managed Global Business Services implementation projects for global companies, leading engagements from Strategy and Feasibility Study through GBS Set Up, Transition Management and Process Optimization in Europe, Americas, Australia and Asia. Adam has also led projects in the areas of Finance Transformation, GBS Expansion and Maturity Assessment.
During his career in PwC, Adam led the EMEA multi-function Transitions for a global FMCG company, led Finance and IT Transitions for a global brewing company and a Feasibility Study and implementation of a Finance SSC for a leading water technology company. He also drove the integration of two shared services and managed the transition phase for a major Australian FMCG business. He was the leader of a Feasibility study, Location study, Transition and implementation of multi-function SSC in EMEA for a leading direct sales company. For this client Adam also led all global Transitions for the Americas and EMEA regions.
Adam is a Finance & Banking graduate from the University of Economics in Krakow and CIMA Management level qualified.
