Katarzyna Kaczmarzyk is a member of the corporate, contract and private client law practices of PwC Legal.
She provides day-to-day corporate assistance to various business entities at all stages of their operations. She has assisted foreign and Polish investors in establishing new companies, creating legal frameworks for joint ventures and acquiring existing businesses. She has conducted a number of legal due diligence processes for both potential sellers and buyers of companies, and subsequently advised on the development of the transaction structure and documentation.
Her experience also includes advising on complex processes of reorganising the ownership structure of capital groups, in particular those involving regulated entities and foreign companies. Katarzyna has also advised private clients and their family businesses on the implementation of succession processes, including the establishment of the Polish family foundations and the transfer of assets to them.
Katarzyna has been an attorney-at-law since 2012.
