Mariusz Kamiński

Mariusz Kamiński is an advocate dealing with Corporate, M&A and Contract Law matters.

Mariusz is experienced in carrying out complex reorganization processes involving mergers, including cross-border mergers, transformations of companies and demergers.

Mariusz is also dealing with mergers & acquisitions projects (M&A). He conducted a number of due diligence studies for both buyers and sellers (mainly in corporate law areas) and a number of feasibility studies of companies and their assets for restructuring purposes.

Mariusz’s experience includes also drafting and negotiating a number of contracts, including investment agreements, joint ventures agreements, enterprise/assets transfer agreements, agreements regarding transfer of manufacture and market authorisation of medical products, manufacture and distribution agreements or agreements for lease of commercial space.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and Center for American Law Studies organized by the University of Florida. He also completed a one-year law course at Universidade Nova de Lisboa in Portugal during the Erasmus exchange programme. Mariusz studied also journalism with a specialization in public relations at the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw.
