Oleksandra is a Senior Manager at PwC Legal Polska, focusing on commercial and contractual matters. Prior to joining PwC Legal in Poland, she was the Head of Corporate and M&A practice at PwC Legal Ukraine.
Oleksandra specialises in Commercial and Corporate Law as well as Mergers & Acquisitions. She has 20 years of experience in providing legal support to clients on a variety of issues connected with cross-border M&A transactions, establishing corporate governance structures, drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements, share transfer agreements, and miscellaneous commercial contracts. Additionally, she has extensive experience in carrying out international business reorganisations, having worked on many high-profile projects.
Oleksandra holds an LL.M. degree from the University of Houston Law Center (USA). She is also a CEE Network driver, assisting the CEE LBS Leader in growing the legal business in the CEE region.
