Sławomir Krempa

Sławomir Krempa is a partner in the M&A practice and leads the Real Estate advisory team.

Sławomir has 14 years of experience in tax consulting. He joined PwC in 2011, before which he had been with Deloitte for over 10 years.

Sławomir specializes in tax aspects of restructuring and M&A projects (structuring of the transaction and due diligence) as well as international tax law. He has broad experience in advising large corporate Clients, Private Equity funds and owners of private companies.

He holds a Doctor of Laws degree from the University of Warsaw (in tax M&A) and a Master’s degree in Economics (Warsaw School of Economics) as well as in Law (University of Warsaw). Sławomir is a certified tax advisor and has written a book and a number of articles on the tax aspects of restructuring transactions. He is a member of the editorial counsel of "Tax Review", the leading regular tax publication in Poland.
