Krzysztof is Senior Manager in Financial Crime Unit in PwC. He has 9 year experience of supporting clients with regards to financial crime service delivery, performance improvement, and operating models.

Krzysztof is certified Scrum Master. He also possess PRINCE2 Practitioner certificate and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

His main areas of expertise are:

• Process improvement
• Automations (e.g. Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation, chatbots, workflow, data extraction tools)
• Behavioral performance improvement
• Operating models
• Service delivery programs (mostly Financial Crime, i.e. KYC and Transaction Monitoring)
