Łukasz Łyczko, Counsel at PwC Legal, specialises in payment services law, banking law and capital markets law.
Łukasz advises financial institutions and other entities connected to the financial market on regulatory issues. He has experience in projects regarding e.g. implementation of the payment services act, mobile payments systems, payment cards, electronic money, licensing procedures before PFSA and outsourcing of banking activities.
His experience covers also advising in the field of cross-border activity of financial institutions and insurance activity, including the bancassurance sector. Łukasz’s experience also includes regulatory compliance audit of the innovative projects connected with the financial services.
Łukasz is a legal advisor trainee. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University. He also graduated from the American Law Program at Catholic University of America.
Before joining PwC Legal, he gained experience at one of the legal offices in Cracow.
