From 2023 to 2026, I served as the CEO of PwC Poland. It was a great responsibility, but also an incredibly interesting experience during a time full of challenges and new opportunities. Since the beginning of my career at PwC, which I started in 1996, I have had the privilege of working with exceptional people for whom teamwork is a true passion.
Before taking on the role of CEO, I was a board member, the leader of the Clients & Markets area, and managed the PwC office in Kraków. I co-created and implemented the firm’s strategy aimed at strengthening collaboration across all service lines. I was also responsible for operationalizing key firm-wide initiatives, including the program dedicated to our most important clients.
