Michał Mastalerz

Michal Mastalerz is Managing Partner and CEO of PwC Poland as of 1 January 2023.

Michał has worked at PwC for 26 years and has been a partner for over 14 years. Before he became CEO of PwC Poland he was a member of the management board, in the role of leader of Clients & Markets. He co-created and implemented PwC's strategy to increase collaboration across all service lines, operationalizing key firm initiatives including the key account programme.   From the beginning of his journey with the firm, he was associated with PwC's Krakow office, which he headed for more than 12 years.
