Paulina Nawrat is a Director in the Deals and Tax Structuring team.
She specializes in real estate transactions, international tax planning, and tax due diligence.
For 20 years, she has been providing comprehensive tax support to international investors in complex transactions and tax structuring projects — both in direct real estate acquisitions and in share deals involving real estate companies.
She has advised on, among others, portfolio transactions exceeding EUR 1 billion as well as some of the largest retail transactions in recent years, delivering strategic tax support to clients.
She leads the Defence and Dual-Use team within PwC’s Tax, Legal & People function, bringing together experts who provide specialized tax advisory services to clients from the defence and dual-use sectors.
