Julia Seremak-Olszewska

Julia is a member of PwC Legal Poland’s IP/NewTech, Data Protection, Competition and Consumer Law practice.

She specializes in data protection, e-commerce, emerging technologies, and the legal aspects of digital transformation, including artificial intelligence (AI) regulation. She advises clients on matters at the intersection of data protection, AI, and data governance, supporting them in the implementation, development, and compliance assessment of innovative technology solutions.

Julia has gained experience both as an external legal advisor and through close collaboration with clients’ in-house teams. She has participated in numerous secondments and international projects, including an extensive project assignment in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where she supported a client in the areas of data protection and regulatory compliance. She has experience advising on the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (KSA PDPL) and the United Arab Emirates Personal Data Protection Law (UAE PDPL).

Prior to joining PwC Legal, Julia gained professional experience at both international law firms and boutique practices. She also completed a six-month internship at the European Parliament in Brussels.

Julia holds the Approved AI Officer certification, the ISO/IEC 27701:2025 certification, and the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Lead Auditor certification.
