Agnieszka Ostaszewska

Agnieszka Ostaszewska is the Partner in the Assurance and Advisory Services Department.

Agnieszka has over fifteen years of professional experience in PwC. She is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant in Great Britain (ACCA), Poland (KIBR) and a Certified Public Accountant in the United States of North America (CPA).

Agnieszka has wide experience in auditing and reviewing the financial statements of companies listed on stock exchanges both in Poland and abroad. She supervises the audits of financial statements prepared in accordance with Polish (PAR), international (IFRS) and American reporting standards (US GAAP).

Agnieszka Ostaszewska is the Leader of the Retail & Consumer Team, which specializes in advisory services (audit and assurance services, tax and transaction advisory) for sectors. She has also provided services for companies operating in the media and technology sectors.

Agnieszka has been responsible for preparing several prospectuses relating to issues of Soares and securities in Poland, The United States of North America, Luxembourg and Ireland.
