Błażej Podstawski is a counsel in the labour law practice, the corporate, commercial and civil law practice and in mergers and acquisitions practice of PwC Legal.
Błażej specializes in legal advisory in the areas of commercial and civil law in which he has broad experience acquired in projects such as mergers and acquisitions (performed as share deals as well as asset deals involving enterprises or organized parts thereof), advisory in shareholders relationships, advisory in corporate disputes, as well as day-to-day legal advisory. He participated in restructuring processes for both corporations and private individuals, involving international structures. He has experience in due diligence reviews, also in their coordination, both on sell- and buy-side. He has acquired his experience in projects performed for international and Polish corporations, as well as private individuals.
Błażej Podstawski is an advocate. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University.
Before joining PwC Legal, Błażej worked in an established Polish law firm.
