Aleksandra (Ola) is a PwC Partner in the Kraków PwC GBS Consulting team. She has over 15 years of experience in the Business Services area within several multinational companies across the full GBS lifecycle and Perform Operational Excellence programs in CEE.

During her career in PwC Ola worked on multiple global centralization projects in Europe, Americas and Asia. Her key specialty is working with already established GBS organizations in the CEE region on either their expansion or transformation. She has led GBS improvement projects related to Operational Excellence and Finance Transformations powered by S/4 Hana. Aleksandra is also a leader of the GBS Maturity Assessments which aim at identifying improvement potential around strategy, operations, process, people and technology. 

In addition Ola has led Feasibility studies for the new GBS centers which often lead to detailed design and setup of the centres. Together with the team she has also developed Transition Academy. She is also a member of the CFO Compass community as a co-leader of Finance Transformation projects working closely with the Managed Services and technology teams.

Ola held a role of the global PwC GBS network Chief of Staff which allowed her to develop important relationships with the GBS experts around the world and was leading projects in the area of global GBS methodology development.

Ola is a law graduate from the University of Silesia, ACCA qualified and a certified Prince2 Practitioner Project Manager.
