Marek is a member of the corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) teams. In his practice, he focuses on comprehensive advice on M&A, private equity and joint venture transactions in various sectors, including preparing transaction structures, preparing share sale agreements, stock, enterprise and shareholders' agreements and conducting due diligence. Marek also deals with ongoing corporate law services for corporations. He supports clients in planning and implementing reorganizations such as mergers, divisions and transformations of companies. He also advises public companies on information obligations and participated in initial public offerings of companies on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Before joining PwC Legal, he gained experience in a leading investment fund company, a renowned boutique law firm specializing in transactions and an international law firm.
