Maria is an advocate specializing in litigation in the field of broadly defined civil law, in particular disputes arising from commercial relations. She has experience in pre-litigation negotiations, development of litigation strategy and representing clients before common courts  in injunction, fact-finding and enforcement proceedings.

She has participated in numerous proceedings before common courts involving, among others, compensation proceedings, infrastructure disputes, corporate disputes and cases involving acts of unfair competition. The cases she has conducted have also included administrative issues, labour law, bankruptcy and restructuring law. In addition, she has experience in providing legal services to companies as regards preparation of shareholders' meetings, as well as representation of clients at meetings as an attorney.

Maria graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University and holds a postgraduate degree in company law from the Warsaw School of Economics and in restructuring and bankruptcy law from the Łazarski University.

She has gained experience in both Polish and international law firms specializing in litigation services.
